- Agenda: Set norms for SAC, Review School data results, Review the School Performance Framework, Review prior year SUIP, Look at trends, Review priority needs, Engage in root cause discussions, Provide input in updating major improvement strategies, Provide input on implementation benchmarks and interim measures
- Quarter 2 - November 9, 2023 - 4:30-5:30 PM - Harris Flex Room (in person)
- Agenda: Discuss resource allocation to support major improvement strategies
- Quarter 3 - February 8, 2024 - 4:30-5:30 PM - Harris Flex Room (in person)
- Agenda: Review implementation of SUIP, Review available mid-year data, Begin discussions about resource allocation for the upcoming year, and Complete SAC Budget Survey which is reviewed by the DAC
- Quarter 4 - April 11, 2024 - 4:30-5:30 PM - Harris (in person)
- Agenda: Finalize resource allocation recommendations, Review SUIP implementation and make notes for fall discussions, Consider ways to promote parent engagement in the school and with teachers, and Complete SAC Feedback Survey (biannual)
