Welcome to the Health Office at Harris Elementary.  We recognize that a student’s health may effect learning.  The School Nurse Consultant and Health Tech provide health care at school and through community connections.  Medication that is required throughout the school day must have the appropriate PSD approved paperwork signed by parent, healthcare provider and School Nurse.  All medication must be supplied by the parent (including over the counter medication such as Tylenol).  We’re here to support healthy practices at school.
